We do hope that you will be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or we have sent you the wrong item in error please contact Paws Bakery. 

We can only make a refund to the original payment method used by you to make the online purchase.

All our products are hand baked and made to order and therefore shapes and shades may change from bake to bake.
